IATM is divided into 7 Regions - five of these in Europe, the other two being Israel and Pacific. Additionally, we have local representation in North America, Portugal, and Taiwan although these countries currently have insufficient Active members to qualify as Regions. Members in France and Spain are serviced directly from Central Office.

To establish a Region, at least 40 Members are required. This may mean that countries having fewer Members merge with others, or they can be represented by an already established Region. These Members elect a Committee to conduct the business of the Region and the Chairperson of the Committee automatically receives a place on the Board of Directors which controls the overall affairs of IATM.

Where a region has been formed by a coalition of countries, each country, provided that it has no less than ten Members, can form its own Committee.

Supervision of new memberships, liaison between the various Regions and effecting of decisions made by the Board of Directors are the responsibilities of IATM's Central Office, which is situated in London.
