11 February, 2008. IMPORTANT CHANGE. In view of the fact that many participants will arrive
late on the first day of the Convention, the Welcome Dinner will now be on Sunday, 24 February, and not Saturday, 23
February as stated in the programme. Saturday evening will now be free for participants to make their own arrangements.
25 July 2007. Vietnam Visa applications. To avoid transcription errors when providing HG travel with passport information for the official Approval Letter, it is strongly recommended that you send a scan or photocopy of your passport rather than re-writing the information. As a reminder the information required is as follows:
Full names, Male/Female, Nationality, Date of birth, Place of birth, Passport number, Date of issue, Date of expiry, Date of arrival Vietnam, Date of departure Vietnam, Type of visa: single, or multiple-entry, and whether collection will be on arrival at the airport or applied for at the Vietnamese Embassy (state which Embassy).
We recommended that you send the copy of your passport and the additional information required when you send your final payment. Once you receive the official Approval Letter check it carefully to ensure that all the information is correct. If there are any errors, however minor, contact HG Travel immediately.
18 June, 2007. Please note that the price of a post-convention night in Saigon is US$180,
11 June, 2007. We now have confirmed dates for the pre- and post-convention tours.
Visas for Laos and Cambodia. Please ensure that you bring with you two passport photographs for entry into each country, i.e. four photographs if visiting both countries.

Laos. The pre-tour to Laos will depart on 20 February, returning to Hanoi 23 February. As this is an early morning flight, you will
require a pre-tour night in Hanoi on 19 February. If leaving from Europe, depart Paris on 18 February or depart Frankfurt on 17 February (no flight on 18th).
Cambodia. Depart Saigon 1 March, returning to Saigon on 5 March in time to connect to European flights. As this is a late night flight you may wish
to have an extra night in Saigon instead.
